With Quick-Court adding a minute to a case could not be easier. Standard minute documentation can be stored in a table of "Hot keys" this allows you to build up the text for the minute with only a few short key presses. This saves you from having to type the same descriptions over and over again, greatly speeding up the time it takes to enter a minute. From the minute screen you can quickly navigate to previous minutes, add a deposit for a specific deposit type, add a statistical class for more accurate reporting, add any fees associated with this minute entry and print receipts.
Each civil case has an advanced Quick-Court ledger which allows you track all fees and deposits associated with this case. It tracks your unrecoverable cost, gives you a quick view of the balance for the plaintiff and defendant, provides quick access to the minutes, gives you the ability to add notes and adjustments. Through integration with Microsoft office, Quick-Court generates all of your forms using Micrsoft's Word. You can take the templates that are also provide with the system and edit them to fit your needs. When you ask for a form from Quick-Court, it will fill out your template and generate a Word document. Once the Word document is created, you can uses any of Word's built in features to save, email or export the document as a pdf.
